Founded in 1968

Founded on April 4, 1968, the University of Florida's Public Relations Student Society of America Alpha Chapter was one of nine original chapters created, making it the oldest and most valuable public relations organization at UF.

We seek to build a professional organization that fosters positive and lasting relationships through a collaborate approach between its members and leadership.

We strive to serve members by enhancing knowledge of public relations and the world in which it functions by providing innovative professional development and other opportunities.
