Kelsey AbelKelsey Abel takes on the role of president after serving as National Liaison for UF PRSSA. Most recently, she serves as a public relations assistant for the Healthy Gators Coalition. Kelsey has interned for Amadeus North America, Inc., Gainesville Regional Utilities, Big Brothers Big Sisters and Matheson Museum Inc. Click here to read more.

Her other experience includes being the Alumnae and Administrative Affairs Director for the UF Panhellenic Council, contributing writer for The Gainesville Sun, assistant director of the Networking committee for PRSSA and member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. A graduate student from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Kelsey hopes to find a career in corporate communications. Hobbies: Running, reading, making lists, decorating, going to the beach and cutting articles out of her Real Simple magazine.












Vice President of Member Services
Jessica BradleyJessica Bradley is a senior from Marianna, Fla. She is a transfer student from Chipola College. This is her second year as an executive board member after serving as the secretary last year. Jessica is interested in all facets of communication, including public relations, event planning and print and broadcast journalism. She has interned at WCJB-TV Channel 20, Project Learning Tree and has been a contributing writer for the Gainesville Sun and the State Port Pilot of Southport, North Carolina.

Favorite aspect of PR: With public relations, no two days are the same. I like that you get a new, exciting job to do every day. Her hobbies include cooking, watching the Office and being with her boyfriend, Ryan, and mini dachshund, Samson.






Vice President of Chapter Development
Rachel RaddatzRachel Raddatz is a senior public relations major with a concentration in event management from Coral Springs, Fla. Rachel was the PRSSA Treasurer for the 2010-2011 term and is the current director of finance for the PRSSA 2011 National Conference. She has served as a public relations intern for The Arc of Alachua County, development sponsorship intern with the University of Florida Performing Arts Department and the public relations chair for Students for the Performing Arts.






Vice President of Public Relations
Megan MerrillMegan Merrill is a senior who is interested in working in corporate communications or human resources. Before being elected as VP of PR, Megan was a member of the networking committee. This past summer, she was a media relations intern at NBC Universal. Other internships include Chik-fil-A Inc., Design4 Marketing Communications and Family First.

Hobbies- Running, shopping, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and reading





Secretary
Elise DoniniElise Donini is a senior public relations major with a concentration in business administration and a minor in environmental studies. In the past, Elise has interned in the marketing department of a hospital, at a boutique public relations firm and at a nonprofit organization.

She is currently an intern at University Relations at UF.

She is enthusiastic about learning everything she can about public relations and can’t wait to begin a career in this exciting field.

Elise is a four year PRSSA member and is thrilled to be the PRSSA secretary this year.



Treasurer
Chris BoogarChris Boogar is a third-year public relations major who is also studying international relations and education. He would like to be admitted into Teach for America after he graduates.

Ashton McLeodAshton McLeod is a third-year student majoring in public relations with an outside concentration in business. She has interned with marketing and public relations at College of Central Florida, Ocala Magazine, XOS Digital and is a correspondent for the Ocala Star-Banner.
She is excited to pursue a career in field and plans to work for a public relations firm once graduated. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, boating, going to the beach, biking and anything outdoors.





Webmaster
Danielle ArnoldDanielle Arnold is a junior majoring in public relations, with two minors in Spanish and nonprofit organizational leadership. After working as the first social media editor at the local student newspaper, The Independent Florida Alligator, for two years, Danielle takes on the role of Webmaster on UF PRSSA's Executive Board. Danielle is now the social media director at Love Wedd Bridal Boutique in Gainesville, Fla. where she is learning more about event planning as well as public relations. She is most interested in crisis communication and the strategic side of public relations. Click here to read more.

Danielle plans to attend graduate school at UF then plans to move to New York City to work in a public relations agency.

Her hobbies include dancing, listening to music and tanning by the pool as much as possible.






Firm Director of Alpha PRoductions
Katherine ShearouseKatherine Shearouse is a senior public relations major with a minor in leadership. She became a PR major because she enjoys working with non-profits and advocacy. In the future, she wants to run her own small PR agency. Click here to read more.

Assistant Director of Alpha PRoductions
Sarah ArrazolaSarah Arrazolais a public relations major with a concentration in business. She joined PRSSA her sophomore year and believes joining PRSSA was the best decision she has made at UF. After graduation, Sarah would like to work for a firm or an agency.

Ultimately, she wants to open her own public relations firm in a beautiful city. For fun, she likes to go to the beach, play disc golf, watch movies, read a good book, play Sing Star, go to concerts and meet new people.







Assistant Director of Alpha PRoductions
Liberty BostwickLiberty Bostwick is a senior public relations major with a concentration in event management. Liberty is one of the two assistant directors of Alpha PRoductions, PRSSA’s student-run firm.
